Art, Photography and Literary Exhibition

"Upper Andersonstown Community Forum are delighted to announce the first ever edition of the Andersonstown Art and Photography Exhibition as part of our inaugural Spring Festival. We will be holding this event on 26th March in Tullymore Community Centre. We hope that this event will be an opportunity for local people, artists and photographers to display their work in a unique community environment. The event will last for one to two days and people will be free to come as they please to view the exhibition. The theme for this exhibition will be ‘Growth’. Within this exhibition artists and photographers will showcase their interpretation of growth, transformation and transition. Herein they will exhibit their own visualisations of what they envisage this looks like. Having a variety of different forms of art within this exhibition will allow for different strands, textures and interpretations which will allow for a dynamic and diverse exhibition. We hope to amass approximately 20 artists for this exhibition. This will run alongside a collection of photographs from local people which will document the growth and transformation of the area through the years. We are open to all forms of art and welcome anyone who wishes to take part to do so"
